- Review and implement site readiness for Local, State and Federal visits/surveys.
- Conduct thorough documentation reviews and site walkthrough preparedness.
- Deal directly with Local, State and Federal surveyors during complaint and annual visits to ensure effective and accurate communication.
- Participate with Plan of Corrections and collaborate with other departments to ensure resurvey compliance.
NFPA, EPA, OSHA
- NFPA 99 – Biomedical Equipment testing provider.
- NFPA 80 – Inspection, Testing Swing Fire Door certified.
- NFPA 70 – Standard for Electrical Safety certified.
- 3M Fire Barrier Penetration Certified.
- EPA Universal with extensive experience troubleshooting HVAC systems.
- Hazardous Material Safety and Compliance certification.
- DOL OSHA General Industry certification.
