Our history
ProTeknology is a South Florida based technology consulting firm that specializes in outsourced I.T. services. We help organizations of all types and sizes use technology more effectively to support their business goals. While we work across many industries, our specialty has been in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), and healthcare-adjacent organizations giving us a deep understanding of the operational challenges healthcare providers face.
Our expertise extends far beyond technology. Doug Kopecki brings more than two decades of leadership experience as a Plant Operations Executive serving Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) throughout Florida. While overseeing internal IT infrastructure was a key responsibility, his role also encompassed daily facility maintenance, capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and execution, regulatory compliance, and cross-department operational coordination.
This unique combination of technical knowledge and operational leadership provides a deeper understanding of the real-world challenges organizations face every day. It enables us to deliver practical solutions that align technology with business operations, improve efficiency, and support long-term organizational goals.
